A WORD FROM DR. BELL

I used to watch Grandpa Joe barbeque in his backyard on Northaven, in an old 50 gallon barrel he cut in half. Uncle John (one of my mentors as a chef) taught me how different meats should taste. And Ruby's in Austin gave me the "bug" to do it myself.

I cook great Texas BBQ. You'll love the flavor, it will fill you up and it won't empty your pocket. I hope it will leave you wanting to come back for more.
